Abstract
瞄准:为了存取 apoptotic CD34+ 的频率和水平,房间与肝炎以后的肝硬化从病人的髓液体孤立。方法:在有肝炎以后的肝硬化(肝硬化组) 的 31 个住院病人的骨头髓 CD34+ 房间和 apoptotic 骨头髓 CD34+ 房间的频率,和没有肝或血混乱(控制组) 的 15 个门诊病人被流动 cytometry 计算。参数被收集在肝硬化组评估病人的肝函数。结果:正常骨头髓 CD34+ 房间的百分比是 6.30%
