Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of hyper-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)expression in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) complicated with vascular lesions and its clinical significance. Methods 96 cases of T2DM patients were divided into vascular disease group(50 cases)and non-vascular lesion group(46 cases),50 cases of normal healthy control, the hs-CRP,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C levels were measured by transmission turbidity. Results The hsCRP levels in the vascular disease group and non-vascular lesion group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05),and the hs-CRP levels in the vascular disease group were significantly higher than that of the non-vascular lesion group(P0.05);TC,LDL-C and HDL-C level had no statistically significant difference among the three groups(P 0.05).Conclusion hs-CRP can be used as diagnosis of T2DM complicated with vascular lesions, which has an important clinical value.
