Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between dance satisfaction, dance confidence, and dance performance ability of middle/high school students majoring in dance. The subject was a population of 250 middle/high school students during the period of time Oct, 16, 2020 to Nov. 13, 2020. The data on 239 students were used for actual analyses and data were processed with SPSS 24.0 for Window and Amos 24.0 for correlation analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model(SEM). The results of the analysis were as follows: First, dance satisfaction had positive effects on dance confidence. Second, dance confidence had positive effects on dance performance ability. Third, dance satisfaction had positive effects on dance performance ability. Forth, dance confidence played a mediating role in the relationship between dance satisfaction and dance performance ability.
