This is because the harmony of physical and mental health in the human body is the starting point for the sustainable development of the human mind. As a result of a number of internal and external influences, the human mind develops and rises to the level of social consciousness. In this process, the ideological life of society is determined as a reflection of internal and external influences on the existing reality. At the same time, ideological consciousness begins to play a leading role in the system of social consciousness as a factor that drives social existence.
