Report presenting the stability, lateral-control, and stalling characteristics of an airplane modified to accommodate full-span Zap flaps.The static and dynamic longitudinal and lateral stability was satisfactory, but there were some undesirable lateral-control characteristics, including excessive friction and elasticity.
