Abstract
The school is a complex social system of many interrelated and interacting parts. The most appropriate concern of school is the student''s learning experience, while the primary goal of school in society is the creation of experiences which maximize learning appropriate for all students. Learning primarily involves developing the student''s total resources for understanding and creatively with both environment and life. Within the role of school toward students as well as the entiresocial relationship and interaction take place among the principal,theteacherandstudents, accordingly,theschoolsocialclimateand student''sachievementhavebeenshowntobeaffectedeitherpositivelyornegativelybymany factors.
