Abstract

The principle of complementarity is central to the practice of the International Criminal Court. As the working principle of the International Criminal Court is based on the principle of complementarity, there is a constant need for scientific research and suggestions in this area. The article reflects the concept of the principle of complementarity, its legal basis and its place in the practice of the court.
