General plan - Master plan for the Development of Outdoor Lighting in Sofia

The Lighting Master Plan is part of the general Master Plan for the development of the city, of individual neighborhoods, localities and parks over the next 20-30 years. The master plan proposes a global concept that outlines the main directions and scope of future outdoor lighting. The ways and stages for its implementation are outlined. In the absence of a Master Plan, it is difficult to achieve coordination and harmonious lighting of individual neighboring sites.
