Abstract
ABSTRACT: In the domestic and foreign scholars on the grassland fire loss assessment based on the study, theory of grassland fire loss assessment. Investigation of grassland fire losses, the loss assessment division of grassland fire for population loss, grassland loss, direct and indirect economic loss of four parts, and puts forward the evaluation index of grassland fire losses, establishing the evaluation model of grassland fire losses, the grassland fire loss classified in four grades, particularly serious fire, a major fire, more fire and general fire. We take the Inner Mongolia Xilin Gol league East Ujimqin banner grassland fire occurred in April 7, 2012 as an example of damage assessment, evaluation results are in good match with the field survey.
