Abstract
The article discusses research into team members' shared emotions and how they affect group effectiveness and outcomes. Previous research has shown that positive group emotions effect outcome, such as cooperation and social behavior, in a positive manner. Group interaction is an important feature to study when assessing group attitudes and effectiveness, particularly at random points throughout the study period. The current research demonstrates the ability of joy and positive emotions to a positive and effective change into business interactions.
