Abstract
慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉（CRSwNP）是慢性鼻窦炎的常见类型，临床主要采用内镜鼻窦手术治疗。CRSwNP常见术后复发，甚至成为难治性病例。进入21世纪以来，内镜鼻窦手术技术从操作范围和鼻窦黏膜处理方式2个方面不断改进：采用的主要策略包括扩大手术范围和去除鼻窦黏膜，从而形成新型（改进）术式。未来仍需不断探索改进内镜鼻窦手术操作技术，其目的除了提升对疾病本身的治疗作用外，还应为药物治疗创造更好的局部环境。.
