Abstract

Modern schools need administrators who are resolute, competent, and capable of analyzing the teaching-upbringing process on the basis of the tendencies and laws governing its development; they must be able to determine the optimality of intermediate and end results and adjust the administrative cycle accordingly. It is essential to study, disseminate, and adopt scientific recommendations and advanced pedagogical experience in practice, to foster innovation, and to know how to proceed on the basis of teachers’ and students’ potential abilities when making decisions. The effectiveness of in-school administration is determined by the level of upbringing and instruction, by the organization of knowledge, abilities, and skills, and by emotional-value attitude toward society, one's associates, and the future.
