Research on Civil Aircraft Operational Support Concept

The key factor of aircraft business success is whether aircraft operational and product support requirements are reasonable and realizable, these requirements have important impact for development of the aircraft and the reputation of the manufacturer. Therefore, top level aircraft requirement need to add operation and support requirements which are related with operational support concept. So in the early phase of aircraft development, it should give mission scenarios and produce correlative aircraft design requirements, avoid to appear in-service problems.
