Strategy for the Formation of an Organizational and Technological Model of the Regional Olympiad Environment in the General Education System

The article describes the problem of the current state of the all-Russian school Olympiad: the formation of the available Olympiad environment to support gifted children with maximum coverage of students the school stage of the national Olympiad in all subjects in all schools in the country. The authors present an infrastructure of organizational and technological model Olympiad environment in the region as a network of the Olympics municipal center in each municipality of the region not only to stage the events of the Olympics, but systematic training of students and teachers to the all-Russian school Olympiad.
