Abstract

The article discusses the modern principles of treatment of migraine during a headache attack, as well as methods of preventive treatment based on the principles of evidence-based medicine. The main indications, methods of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment of migraine, which have shown the highest efficiency in the preventive treatment of the disease, are discussed.
