Abstract
Two new species of Encyrtidae, collected from Fuxin, Liaoning of China, i. e. Leptomastidea longicauda Xu, sp. n. and Dinocarsiella quinqueguttata Xu, sp. n., are described in detail. One of them, Dinocarsiella Mercet is first recorded in China. A key to distinguish Leptomastidea longicauda Xu, sp. n. from Leptomastidea abnormis (Girault), another species reported from China, is given.
