Abstract

When we talk about human rights, then we should think for fundamental rights without it a human in real cannot survive. After the birth of a child, he or she also eligible for all the rights. As a citizen we all enjoy equally the fundamental rights from birth, inevitable of caste, religion, race and gender. Human rights are very much essential for overall developments of the people living in this society. Human rights is comparable a new concept. After the formation of United Nations Organization (UNO), the concept was published globally. Now a days this concept is applicable in a large scale. Human rights encircle all traditional, political, religious, social and cultural rights. In 10 December,1948 United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), an international document that enshrines the rights and freedoms of all human beings. And a resolution was also adopted for prevention of violation of human rights. It directly inspired the development of international human rights law, and was the first step in the formulation of the International Bill of Human Rights, which was completed in 1966 and came into force in 1976. It has also become binding as part of customary international law. Now a days, security of human rights is not limited to any particular nation. Human rights are also protected by International law.
