Abstract
The synthesis problem is solved for stepped impedance transformers of Class II being a cascade connection of even number of transmission line sections with two alternating impedance values equal to impedances of the transmission lines to be matched that have stubs connected at their input and output. At the input, the short-circuited stub is connected in parallel. At the output, the open-circuited stub is connected in series. The stub lengths are equal each other.
