Abstract

The article presents the work of Kaizen Team, which analyses problems connected with completion of products. The output logistics and the Japanese philosophy of work – Kaizen were described. Then the object of research, Malow Company in Suwałki, was introduced. The practical aspect of management with the use of Kaizen was taken into account. Diagnosing problems, which are the cause of waste, was introduced. Also solutions proposed by Kaizen Team were presented.
