Abstract
This study was carried out to examine the possible protective effects of cimetidine administration on acetaminophen induced hepatic necrosis in mice. We h.ave observed a drometic protection effect against aceta-'niinophen hepatotoxicity in cimetidine - treated mice. Cimetidine-treated animals had lower serum transaminases levels and they had less histologicol liver da.mage than those treated with acetaminophen aione.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
