Abstract
This paper presents a purpose theoretically and practically, of building up a multimedia intellectual dispatching system combining with Intranet for coal mine. And through this combination, a unique and global inter network for enterprise is formed finally. Then the paper puts forward the structure of the new system and discusses in detail how these subsystems are combined with Intranet, what are features of the combined system, crux of system realization, etc. The authors believe that these researches and designs will provide those officials in coal mines a valuable method and will do much good for enhancing working efficiency, safely-producing level and general economic profit.
