Some of the topics explored include bias, fix yourself first, fix discrimination, hiring practices, common practices and some basic suggestions. Step two focuses on those who lead organizations. The topics address three types of leaders (maintainer, manager and leader). Step three focuses on how a good leader can lead and build a culture of innovation.
