Abstract
The main idea of this final paper, Infantry Units Fire Control, is description and explanation of planing, preparation, organisation and use of infantry units firepower on company level and lower. It synthesizes acuired knowledge, skills, familiar tools, elements, measures and techniques of fire control used for succesfully supresing and destroying enemy in combat. Croatian mechanised and motorized infantry are described along with their respective weapons. Company firepower is also explained, along with processes, principles and measures of fire control, fire technique, target acquisition and fire command. From this paper, it can be concluded how the commander of the units, up to the level of company, can effectively manage the fire of the unit.
