Abstract
Here, we report the critical scaling of Cu2OSeO3 using modified Arrott plot. Universal scaling laws describe the general scaling behaviour of a physical phenomenon in the vicinity of a critical point. Due to multiferroicity of Cu2OSeO3, it is difficult to do the critical scaling below a certain fixed field around 200 mT. Above 200 mT, the obtained critical exponents (α ≃ 0.100, β = 0.340 ± 0.005, γ = 1.220 ± 0.005 and δ ≃ 4.59) from scaling method confirm the presence of three dimensional Ising interaction in Cu2OSeO3 and it may not belong to a single universality class.
