Abstract

The study analyzes 115 stations in the World Data Bank for Tidal Gravity.Under this study, 76 of these stations have been established in the equatorial and tropical regions as well as the Southern Hemisphere. This broad coverage has allowed, for the first time, for' experimental determination of the Love numbers foreseen by Love (1911) and confirmed by Wahr (1981).This effect r_.sults from the flattening of the Earth and from the Coriolis force.--- FORM 1473 Al0" 'f,.,......
