Abstract

Zhou, B. and Yang, H., 2020. Economic analysis of limited water irrigation on wheat yield. In: Guido Aldana, P.A. and Kantamaneni, K. (eds.), Advances in Water Resources, Coastal Management, and Marine Science Technology. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 104, pp. 637–640. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.There are some problems in traditional wheat irrigation, such as high cost of wheat irrigation, high energy consumption and poor yield. Therefore, the economic analysis of wheat yield by limited water irrigation was put forward. This paper analyzes the situation of wheat planting in China and the irrigation mode of wheat planting, and analyzes the influence of water limited irrigation method on wheat yield; obtains the water demand of each stage of wheat growth, constructs the comprehensive effect evaluation model of water limited irrigation, and carries out comprehensive evaluation on wheat yield; on the basis of the above analysis, the grey correlation model is constructed to analyze the coupling between water limited irrigation and wheat yield. The comprehensive effect evaluation model of water limited irrigation was optimized, and the economic analysis of limited water irrigation on wheat yield was completed. The results showed that the irrigation cost was lower, the irrigation time was shorter, and the yield of wheat was higher.
