Abstract

Patients with CTED show anatomic and functional changes in the pulmonary vasculature and lung parenchyma similar to those seen in patients with CTEPH. Functional DECT parameters support the observation that CTED is an intermediate clinical phenotype in the population with chronic pulmonary embolism.
