Abstract

Principals and parents would say this is a good thing. Teachers will want to know what and how to teach, and assess, so that they can get on with their job. Lots of new resources are being written and at long last there are common threads across Australia that educators can discuss. Putting aside the different states' views of the idea, there is a new era slowly dawning in Australian curriculum and education.
