Abstract
The Parker-Klingeman bedload transport model is an engineering tool, based on dimensional analysis, for gravel transport in streams. Its use for bedload prediction is shown for small mountain streams in Oregon. The fitting of the two parameters of the model is described. Bedload size distribution for any discharge and for the average annual load can be predicted.
