The Application of People-oriented Thinking in the Management of College Students' Ideological and Political Education

As the society develops, college students' ideological concepts are gradually impacted by the outside world, in order to reinforce college students' ideological guidance and education, assist them build a correct values, colleges and universities can adopt people-oriented thinking as a value orientation and apply it in ideological and political education management in universities, people-oriented concept are combined with college students' ideological and political education, people-oriented thinking is fundamentally to seek the harmonious development of the relationship between man and nature, between human and society, and between people, which has important practical significance. This paper first explains the development process of people-oriented thinking, analyzes the basic connotation of the people-oriented education concept, lists college students' status quo of ideological and political education, then explores application countermeasures of people-oriented thinking in college students' ideological and political education management, it facilitates smooth progress of ideological and political education in universities, aims at better guiding college students' ideological and political education management.
