Abstract
A joint stock company is a trading company in which members (shareholders) participate in shares in share capital divided into shares. Although in stock companies the majority shareholder has a majority shareholder, the joint stock company may have only one shareholder. According to the Companies Act, it is possible to establish a joint stock company, a limited liability company, a public company, a management company and an economic interest group. The first three companies belong to capital companies, and the last three are listed in the companies of the company. HNK Hajduk s.d.d. it is the first sport-based company in the Republic of Croatia.
