Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge management and job engagement with the managemen performance in secondary managers in Ravansar city. The study population consisted of all secondary school managers in Ravansar city.The sample of 120 managers which were selected randomly.Data collection tools included a questionnaire of knowledge management, work engagement and performance management. The validity mentioned in this study using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was obtained as follows: 83/0 (KM), 87/0 (work engagement), and 78/0 (performance management).The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multivariate regression.The results showedthere is significant correlation between work engagement knowledge management with performance management (p<0/01). The highest share of knowledge management component of performance management, consisted of knowledge creation, knowledge capture and knowledge management. The highest share of job engagement component of performance management respectively of the fascination professional and professional energy
