Abstract

The letter discusses two bald eagle nesting sites and disputes the characterization of one site reported in American Birds. The letter also includes map showing the location of a bald eagle nest on the Mississippi River near the mouth of Wexford Creek. This item was used as supporting documentation for the Iowa Ornithologists' Union Quarterly Report of spring 1985.
