Abstract
以牡丹的种胚为外植体,探讨了不同生长调节剂及其不同浓度和低温层积处理在种胚的萌发、增殖和生长过程中所起的作用,分析了不同激素浓度对种胚的生长影响.结果表明,以MS培养基为主,胚培养最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 2.5mg/L+NAA 1.0mg/L,胚苗继代培养最适培养基为MS6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L.低温层积处理对成熟胚丛生芽诱导影响显著,层积40d的种胚具有较高的丛生芽诱导率,达到45.82%,而10、20 d丛生芽诱导率较低.
