Right to personal life vs right to private life: discussion of relating categories

Attention is drawn to the requirements for regulatory regulation of appropriate forms of interaction.It is emphasized that the broad approach to understanding of interaction is applied only in the new Law of Ukraine "On National Security of Ukraine".Some examples, forms, methods, ways of interaction of security forces and defense forces in ensuring national security of Ukraine are considered.The approach to the distinction between strategic and tactical cooperation in ensuring national security of Ukraine is supported.It was emphasized that the establishment of a mechanism of cooperation in ensuring national security is dependent on the timely alignment of the tasks of the system of normative legal acts (including interdepartmental ones), organizational and staff structures of these subjects to the subjects of national security that are solved by the subjects.
