Abstract

Article is devoted to a problem of justification of animal rights. There is considered juridical status of this problem, possibility of its decision in philosophy and religion, attempts of religious and philosophical justification (Daniil Andreyev, A. Linzey). It is shown that the logic of the mystical description of the problem of animal rights finds the rational solution in Hegelian dialectics of fight for recognition between Master and Slave
