Abstract

In the paper the circuit of a simple tunnel-diode multivibrator is discussed on the ground of the theory of nonlinear vibrations. The influence of nonlinear capacity of the semiconductor junction of the tunnel diode is thoroughly investigated. It is shown that this capacity cannot be neglected when calculating the equilibrium and periodic states of the multivibrator.
