Abstract

Purpose The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of the change in body function for chronic stroke patients after Rehabilitation exercise Training. Method The chronic stroke patient was participated in this study and patient``s past onset time had been passed over three month. To compare the body balance and Functional ability before and after the treatment, BBS(Berg Balance Scale) and FMAS(Functional Movement Assessment Scale) was used. Result The results as following: The Functional Activity Scale was increased from 19 to 24. The Berg Balance Scale was increased from 6 to 10. The improvements of both Functional activity and Balance ability. Conclusion The result showed that Rehabilitation exercise Training in this study was improved for the ability of functional activity and balance in chronic stroke patient. It suggest Rehabilitation exercise Training may be an effective way for improving Body function
