The organization of the stock market is an important milestone in the development of market economy in modern terms. It refers to as the leading countries with advanced economies and Ukraine that only creates a market potential in the global community. The level of stock market trend shows the economy as a whole. Integrating the national economy with other countries, in modern terms is essential. Purpose is the study of stock exchange PFTS. Ukrainian stock market belongs to those who just formed. One reason for this lies in a relatively short period of existence of the national stock market. Legislative its design began with the Law of Ukraine On Securities and Stock Exchange 1201XII of 18.06.91. In October of that year was registered on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.
