Abstract

Three kesterite thin-film solar cells, Cu 2 ZnSnSe 4 (CZTSe), Cu 2 ZnSn(S,Se) 4 (CZTSSe), and Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 (CZTS), and based on low light intensity measurements, examined the possibility of using kesterite devices for indoor applications.
