Abstract

crystals with various morphology were prepared using precipitation, hydrothermal and ligand-assisted methods. An irregular structure of microparticle was obtained by simple precipitation method from and in aqueous solution. Hexagonal pyramidals of were synthesized using a hydrothermal method between and urea. Hexagonal rods of were also synthesized using the ligand-assisted hydrothermal method. The aspect ratio of hexagonal rods was increased with the concentration of ligand.
