The evolutionary playworker

What does an Evolutionary Playworker do, why that, and why in that way? What they do can be summed up as: These topics are the subject of this chapter. This really means thinking about what is happening in the play pro­ ject, and what if anything you and/or the rest of the team ought to be doing about it. Inevitably your thinking will not just be informed by the actual events, it will also be affected by other con sidera tions like, is what is happening expected, if not what did you expect, what has changed, could you have done things differently, and so on? Reflec­ tion is just about staying connected with the gen eral dynamic and ambiance of the pro ject, and with the indi vidual events that make them up.
