L. W. Duncan, Mark Phillips

Open publisher page 19 citations

Abstract

This chapter describes root-knot (Meloidogyne spp.) spatial patterns and discusses sampling procedures for the estimation of nematode infestation levels. The characterization of sample accuracy and reliability, sample processing, and extraction of nematodes from soil and plant materials are covered. Examples of results from sampling programmes are presented.
