A new species of the Neoserica (sensu lato) vulpes group from China, with a corrigendum on Neoserica ailaoshanica Liu, Fabrizi, Bai, Yang Ahrens, 2014 (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae: Sericini)

Abstract

Here we describe a new species of the Neoserica vulpes species group: Neoserica christophi sp. nov. The key to species of the Neoserica vulpes species group is updated and illustrations of genitalia and habitus of the new species are given. In addition, we provide a correction of the original figure of parameres of the holotype and the description of the female of Neoserica (sensu lato) ailaoshanica Liu, Fabrizi, Bai, Yang and Ahrens, 2014 (Neoserica calva species group) which was mistakenly edited in the original publication.http://www.zoobank.org/urn:lsid:zoobank.org:pub:8018FA48-B2DF-42A8-A805-E7E62555FAD8http://www.zoobank.org/urn:lsid:zoobank.org:act:E2F3315F-34E7-4062-BAD0-1DB83DAC91C8
