Abstract

Premature Ejaculation (PE) can be defined as a condition characterized by ejaculation that occurs within 1-2 minutes following the vaginal penetration. The time evaluation is less than 2 minutes, according to Intravaginal Ejaculatory Latency Time (IELT). Several therapeutic modalities may be used to treat PE, but some patients remain resistant to conservative therapy or its effect is negligible. One way to help these men can be the gland penis augmentation using the Hyaluronic Acid gel (HAG). The open-label prospective clinical study of the efficiency of gland augmentation by application of HAG. The research sample includes 10 patients diagnosed with PE, according to the Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Tool (PEDT) reaching a score of 15-20 and who have been resistant to conservative therapies. Patients completed the PEDT questionnaire before the augmentation, one month and 3 months after the augmentation. In patients, after local anesthesia, augmentation was performed with 1 ml cross-linked HAG 30 mg/ml fan-coated application by one injection from the top of the gland to sulcus coronaries.
