Abstract
目的 探讨白内障囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的发病率及发病机制.方法 回顾性分析30例30眼植入后房型人工晶状体后迟发性葡萄膜炎的临床资料和随访结果.结果 术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的发病率为2.81%,其中4眼最终发生眼球萎缩.结论 人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎可导致眼球萎缩等严重的后果,必须引起高度重视.
