Abstract
脑卒中后患者常伴有吞咽障碍,由于吞咽障碍进而导致营养及水分的摄入不足,易发生误吸、误咽、吸入性肺炎等,直接影响患者疾病的恢复[1].我院2006年1月至2010年1月对35例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者采取一系列的有计划、系统的以早期强化吞咽、摄食功能训练为主,辅以心理疏导等康复护理方法 ,取得了满意的效果,现报道如下。
