Abstract

目的观察砷对海马神经细胞凋亡的影响.方法采用光学显微镜、流式细胞术和免疫细胞化学方法检测砷致海马神经细胞凋亡.结果随着砷剂量加大,作用时间延长,海马神经细胞逐渐出现凋亡的形态学改变.流式细胞术检测,砷可使亚二倍体峰的高度增高,面积增大.免疫细胞化学和图像分析显示海马神经细胞浆内Bax表达上调.结论砷在一定剂量和作用时间内可致海马神经细胞的凋亡.
