Abstract
目的:为探讨bcl-2及p53在视网膜母细胞的表达及意义.方法:本研究用免疫组织化学SP方法检测45例视网膜母细胞瘤及12例正常视网膜组织中bcl-2及p53蛋白的表达.结果:bcl-2在视网膜母细胞瘤中的表达(2.702±1.082)与正常视网膜组织中(0.167±0.389)相比差异具非常显著性(P＜0.0001),p53在视网膜母细胞瘤中的表达为1.089±0.848,而在正常视网膜组织中的表达为0.1667±0.389,差异有非常显著性(P=0.0006).结论:bcl-2及p53在视网膜母细胞瘤中均呈明显高表达,其明显抑制凋亡的发生,与肿瘤的发展关系密切.
