Abstract

目的 探讨凋亡相关基因bcl-2、bax在缺碘大鼠海马神经细胞中的表达.方法复制缺碘大鼠动物模型,采用免疫组化方法检测bcl-2、bax基因表达.结果缺碘子代大鼠较同龄正常组大鼠海马神经细胞bax表达增多,分别为51.83±2.54和12.57±2.09;bcl-2表达减少,分别为14.82±0.79和58.97±2.80,两组间比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01).结论缺碘所致海马神经细胞凋亡增加,与凋亡调控基因bax表达增强,bcl-2表达减少有关。
